Growing Balls may not sound like a game appropriate for all
ages, but Growing Balls for Android truly is a game for the whole family. Basically, there are real "bouncy"
balls on the screen, and you tap to "grow" them, or make them
bigger. They also have numbers on them,
so when the sum of all the "grown" balls together equals 100, you
win! You cannot grow balls when they are
touching however.
This takes some skill and some quick math thinking. Of course on of the great benefits of doing
well is getting your score to the top of the Swarm leaderboards, proving you
are better than all the other players around the world. The benefit that is masked by the enormous
fun however is the fact that, as an adult, you are sharpening math skills that
may have become rusty over time.
If you are letting your kids play, you are only doing them a
favor as you are strengthening skills they are either learning currently or
skills they have learned in recent years, depending on their age.It is likely
they would not willingly practice these skills on their own, but when the
practices is disguised as fun, fun, fun, they won't even know what you've done
to them.
